Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
Our main defining piece of technology is the retinal scanner – the OCT. This is an Optical Coherence Tomography instrument that allows us to see beneath the surface of the back of your eye (the retina), which can detect any sign of an issue or disease. It gives us the most detailed information about your overall eye health by building a 3D model of your eye.
By looking at the deeper layers of the retina, early detection of eye diseases can be discovered, such as: Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), Retinal detachments and more.
Our Technology
Visioffice
The Visioffice is a 3D measuring system, where we can take several bespoke measurements. It measures the two eyes individually and can determine head tilt, exact eye location, shape and movement. This allows for the most precise vision possible, no matter where you look through the lens, so we can ensure the perfect measurement for your lenses.
Eyecode Technology
Our Eyecode measurement system tailors your lenses perfectly to your eyes, giving you flawless clarity. Lenses designed using Eyecode technology are up to five-times more precise than standard versions, resulting in considerably more accurate vision without any effort that is unique to you.
